Principal

Vesna is a Principal at Oakbridge Advisory, where she specializes in navigating complex political landscapes and building the stakeholder coalitions necessary for strategic influence. With a career spanning high-level government offices and nationwide political operations, Vesna brings an extensive Conservative network and a proven ability to drive results across provincial and federal environments.

Her expertise is rooted in her deep understanding of the Canadian political landscape, with a network that spans from Alberta to Ottawa and Atlantic Canada. In previous roles, she served in the Office of the Premier of Alberta as Manager of Stakeholder Relations and Manager of Tour and Scheduling, where she directed high-pressure initiatives and critical outreach for the province’s top leadership. Having also held senior positions within various ministries and at a prominent national consultancy, she has gained a deep practical knowledge of governmental processes that allows her to provide clients with sophisticated counsel on provincial affairs and project management.

Vesna’s focus is on aligning organizational goals with the political and policy environments required to achieve them. Through her experience in campaign management and stakeholder engagement—including senior roles in provincial elections and federal nominations—she builds the bridges between clients and key decision-makers. She ensures that her clients are not only strategically positioned across Canada but are also operationally prepared to execute their advocacy missions and secure their voice in the halls of power.

In previous roles, she successfully led large-scale outreach and strategic initiatives, including managing high-stakes fundraising campaigns that surpassed organizational goals and leading significant stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors. She has worked closely with senior leaders and officials, gaining deep practical knowledge of governmental processes and policy implementation, which she leveraged to streamline internal operational workflows for maximum efficiency.

Lindsay’s focus is on building and maintaining the critical systems necessary for success, from resource management and donor pipelines to rigorous task and digital asset governance.
